Biography
Robin Bennett is the Head of Compliance at the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB).
Since 1997, he has progressed from financial investigator to department head. He dedicated over two decades to regulating the gaming industry in the Western Cape.
In his current role, Bennett is responsible for regulatory compliance, licensing, combating illegal iGaming, and implementing anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) measures.
He actively supports responsible iGaming initiatives, including awareness campaigns and operator standards.
