Biography
Rick Cordella is the President of NBC Sports.
He has held key positions at NBCUniversal since 2006, developing sports content and digital broadcast strategies.
Since 2023, he has managed all the company's brands and platforms, including NBC Sports, NBC Olympics, Golf Channel, and Peacock.
Rick led the launch of Peacock, delivering record-breaking broadcasts of the Olympics and Super Bowl. Previously, he ran NBC Sports Digital and was one of the first to organize the streaming of major sports events.
He has won six Sports Emmy Awards and is on SportsBusiness Journal's "Forty Under Forty" list.
