Nicole LaPointe Jameson

Nicole LaPointe Jameson is the CRO at BCom. She started her career in corporate finance. From November 2016 to November 2017, she worked as a business analyst and head of payments at Spark Networks. In June 2016, she joined the investment group PEAK6 Investments, where until 2023 she held positions as a senior analyst and operational partner, responsible for managing portfolio companies.

From September 2018 to May 2019, she served as Chief of Staff at National Flood Services. In May 2019, after PEAK6 Investments acquired the esports club Evil Geniuses, she became the CEO. Under her leadership, the club underwent a full operational transformation, expanded its international fan base, and increased revenue. From 2020 to 2023, she also served on the advisory board of the Esports Business Summit.

After leaving Evil Geniuses in September 2023, she worked as a strategic consultant at the NBA 2K League. From February 2024 to January 2025, she held the position of Interim Chief Operating Officer at the*gamehers. In January 2025, she was appointed Chief Revenue Officer at BCom. Nicole has been featured in Forbes' "30 Under 30" and Adweek as one of the most influential women in esports.
