He has over 35 years of experience in the gaming industry, including positions in casinos, slot machine manufacturing, online gaming, and regulatory work.
Before his appointment, Pace held several senior leadership roles at IGSA. He collaborates with governments, operators, and suppliers to develop practices that enhance industry security and efficiency.
