Karolina Pelc is the Vice President BeyondPlay at FanDuel.
She's an entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in gaming and technology. In 2023, LinkedIn named her one of the Top Voices in Startup Development. She founded BeyondPlay, a B2B iGaming company, which raised over 7M EUR under her leadership and was acquired by FanDuel in 2024.
She also leads the HerPlay initiative, supporting startups and women entrepreneurs. She has over 20 years of experience in online gaming. Previously, she worked with the board of Gaming Innovation Group, listed on Nasdaq.
