James Banks

James Banks is the Owner and Founder of BanKs Esports. He’s been working in the esports industry since 2002.

In 2006, James worked in sales and engineering fields. Since 2009, he has transitioned to the esports sector, working as a marketing manager at ZOWIE GEAR and as a chief editor at BenQ. From 2011 to 2014, he managed teams at StarTale organization and worked in the digital marketing service hibu.

In January 2014, Banks founded BanKs Esports agency. The company specializes in consulting for brands, talent management, and media content production for the gaming industry. From 2014 to 2017, he also worked at Prospect Estate Agents and Explore Group companies. In 2017, James became a host at Unikrn betting platform.

Currently, Banks runs his agency and works as a host at international tournaments. In 2024, he received the Talent of the Year award from the specialized portal HLTV. His activities within BanKs Esports focus on the strategic development of esports projects and supporting professional personnel in the industry.
