Glenn Colton is the Partner at ArentFox Schiff.
Glenn is a leading lawyer in economic crimes, civil litigation, and sports law. He specializes in cases of financial fraud, corruption, tax violations, and class actions. He defends companies and individuals in investigations conducted by the US Department of Justice, SEC, CFTC, and other regulators.
Glenn served as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York for 10+ years. He also consults sports teams and the fantasy sports industry. He represented the Fantasy Sports Trade Association in a landmark litigation.
