Biography
Denis Mudene Ngabirano is the CEO of the National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (NLGRB) of Uganda.
He has 10+ years of experience in regulatory management and strategic development. Since 2023, he has been implementing initiatives to enhance transparency and responsibility in the gaming industry, strengthening NLGRB's position internationally.
He has a background in business administration and IT. Denis actively contributes to the growth of the country's gaming industry, applying innovative approaches to sector challenges, supporting responsible gaming, and implementing modern technologies in industry regulation.
