Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos Rodriguez, known as Ocelote, is a Spanish entrepreneur, the founder of G2 Esports, and a former professional player. He started his career in the industry in December 2010, joining the organization SK Gaming as a mid-lane player. With the team, he participated in the 2012 World Championship and competed in the first season of the European LCS in 2013.

In February 2014, Rodriguez founded his own esports organization, Gamers2, which was later renamed to G2 Esports. Under his leadership, the company attracted multimillion-dollar investments and grew into a global media holding with successful teams in League of Legends, CS:GO, Rainbow Six Siege, and other disciplines.

In September 2022, Rodriguez stepped down as the CEO of G2 Esports. Currently, Rodriguez retains the status of founder but is not involved in the operational management of the organization. He is involved in consulting, developing personal media projects, and acts as a guest expert on podcasts dedicated to business and esports.
