Artem Butov is the CEO and Founder ar Marksel.io. He's an entrepreneur in digital performance marketing. He also founded C3PA and Grantoro.
Since 2015, he has been developing C3PA, an international affiliate network specializing in dating, gambling, and finance. The company partners with professional webmasters worldwide and builds in-house traffic optimization tools.
He started his career in traditional marketing and shifted to digital, building a global business with an office in Kyiv. He focuses on quality traffic and strict partner moderation.
