Traffic from the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, the UK, Afghanistan, China, India, Iran, Japan, and Turkey is prohibited in the program.
